What I collect
When you use the assessment, the AI quote agent, or the contact form, I collect the details you submit (name, email, and the answers you provide) so I can respond. I do not sell or share this data with third parties for marketing.
Cookies
This site uses only essential cookies (and a single local-storage entry to remember your cookie choice). No tracking or advertising cookies are set.
Where your data lives
Submissions are stored on Supabase infrastructure (EU region). Payments, when made, are handled by Stripe.
Your rights (GDPR)
You can request access, correction, or deletion of your data at any time by emailing hello@marispassarelli.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
Retention
I keep submissions for as long as they're useful for our conversation, and I delete them on request.

Terms of use
The service
marispassarelli.com is operated by Maria Isabel Passarelli, offering bespoke digital strategy, consultancy sessions, and related services. Details of each engagement (scope, price, timeline, deliverables) are agreed individually in writing.
Quotes and proposals
Quotes produced by the AI Sales Agent are indicative and become binding only once confirmed in a signed proposal. Prices are quoted in EUR and exclude any applicable taxes unless stated.
Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. Invoices are due per the terms stated on the proposal. Consultancy sessions purchased online are non-refundable but can be rescheduled with 48h notice.
Intellectual property
Deliverables prepared for a client become theirs on full payment. Underlying methods, frameworks, and templates remain the property of Maria Isabel Passarelli.
Liability
Services are provided with reasonable care and skill. Liability for indirect or consequential loss is excluded to the extent permitted by law. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Guatemala. Any disputes will be handled by the competent courts of Guatemala.
